Frequently asked questions

Weave is one loader, kept ready for the games you play. It currently supports Murder Mystery 2 and runs as a Lua script inside a supported executor. Everything else – game status, guides and the key portal – lives on weavemenu.xyz.

Right now Weave supports Murder Mystery 2. Game support can be added, updated, suspended or removed at any time – check weavemenu.xyz for the current status list. Buying a key does not guarantee that a specific game stays supported forever (Terms of Service, section 5).

After payment, your key is delivered to your email instantly. Open your executor and run: loadstring(game:HttpGet("https://gate.weavemenu.xyz/loader.lua"))() Then activate with the key you received. The loader verifies your license and the payload updates automatically – you only ever need that one line.

Your key is bound to your device fingerprint (HWID) and is personal, non-transferable and non-shareable. Hardware changes, OS reinstalls, virtual machines or spoofing tools can change the fingerprint and prevent activation (Terms of Service, section 7).

HWID resets are not automatic and not guaranteed. Open a ticket on our Discord with a truthful explanation – you may be asked to verify ownership with your key and order ID. Requests are reviewed individually and can be approved, delayed or rejected (Terms of Service, section 8).

30-Day and Lifetime (Forever) keys. Time-limited keys start counting when activated and keep running while you are offline – unused time is not paused. A "Forever" key lasts for the operating lifetime of the Weave service, not your lifetime (Terms of Service, section 4.3).

Yes – temporary free access is sometimes offered through LootLabs. It may require verification steps and is subject to usage, device and claim limits plus fraud checks. Free access can be modified, limited or discontinued at any time (Terms of Service, section 4.1).

All purchases are final and non-refundable. Exceptional cases are reviewed individually through a ticket on our Discord – opening a ticket does not guarantee approval. Refunds are normally not granted for change of mind, wrong product, HWID issues, downtime, updates or game changes (Terms of Service, section 10 and the Refund Policy).

A fraudulent, misleading or unjustified payment dispute can result in immediate suspension or permanent revocation of your license and refusal of future purchases. Please contact support before opening a dispute (Terms of Service, section 11).

Only what is needed to operate and secure the service: device fingerprint (HWID), IP and OS information, license and activation records, and order information through SellAuth. We do not collect passwords, card numbers or unrelated files, and we never sell personal data (see the Privacy Policy).

Weave is an independent service and is not affiliated with Roblox. Using it with Roblox experiences is at your own risk – Roblox or the game developer may warn, restrict or terminate accounts. See sections 2 and 15 of the Terms of Service.
