## 1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Weave ("Weave," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you:

### 3.7 Cookies and local storage

The website or its service providers may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies where necessary for:

- maintaining website or checkout functionality.

Blocking these technologies may prevent some website, login, session, or checkout features from working correctly.

We do not use information collected by Weave for third-party behavioral advertising.

## 4. Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect

Weave is not designed to inspect, scan, upload, or collect arbitrary private content from your device.

We do not intentionally collect:

- unrelated files stored on your computer;

- photographs or videos;
- browser history;
- saved passwords;
- Roblox passwords;
- Discord passwords;
- private Discord messages outside information voluntarily sent to Weave support;
- authentication tokens or recovery codes;
- full card numbers or banking credentials; or
- unrelated personal content that is not required to operate, secure, license, or support the Service.

This section does not prevent Weave from processing a file, screenshot, log, or message that you voluntarily submit in a support ticket.

## 5. How We Use Information

We may use collected information to:

- issue, deliver, activate, and validate licenses;
- provide free, time-limited, and Forever access;

- provide technical and customer support;
- diagnose crashes, errors, and compatibility problems;

- detect license sharing, resale, transfer, duplication, or misuse;
- detect attempts to tamper with, bypass, reverse engineer, or attack the Service;
- investigate fraud, chargebacks, payment disputes, and false claims;
- prevent ban evasion and repeated abuse;
- enforce the Terms of Service;
- protect Weave, its users, staff, systems, and service providers;
- keep records of support, transactions, security events, and administrative decisions;
- respond to valid legal or provider requests; and
- comply with obligations that apply to the Service.

We do not sell personal information to advertisers or data brokers.

## 6. Automated License and Security Checks

Weave may automatically evaluate:

- license validity and expiration;
- activation limits;
- device fingerprints;
- IP and network information;
- request patterns;
- tampering indicators;
- fraud and abuse signals;
- suspension or ban records; and
- other security information.

These checks may automatically:

- approve or reject an activation;
- require additional verification;
- restrict a device;
- suspend a license;
- block a request;
- flag activity for manual review; or
- prevent access to all or part of the Service.

Weave is not required to disclose internal detection methods, security rules, risk scores, or evidence where disclosure could weaken security, reveal confidential information, or help someone evade enforcement.

You may request a discretionary review through the official Weave Discord server. A manual review, response, reinstatement, or disclosure of additional information is not guaranteed.

## 7. How We Share Information

We may share limited information where reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and support the Service.

### 7.1 SellAuth and payment providers

SellAuth and the payment method selected during checkout process purchase, payment, delivery, customer, fraud, refund, and dispute information.

We may exchange order, license, delivery, activation, and support information with SellAuth or a payment provider where necessary to:

- complete or verify delivery;
- investigate a failed payment;
- review a refund request;
- respond to a chargeback or payment dispute;
- investigate fraud or unauthorized use; or
- comply with provider requirements.

### 7.2 Discord

Discord processes information when you join the Weave server, communicate with staff, or open a support ticket.

Support messages and voluntarily submitted material may be reviewed by authorized Weave staff and by service providers used to operate the ticket system.

### 7.3 LootLabs

LootLabs may process information when you use a LootLabs process to claim temporary free access.

Weave may receive confirmation, claim, completion, or verification information needed to determine whether free access should be issued.

### 7.4 Hosting, security, and infrastructure providers

We may use third-party providers to host, deliver, authenticate, secure, monitor, or maintain the website, application, licensing system, databases, and support infrastructure.

Those providers may process technical information, IP addresses, requests, logs, and stored data only as needed to provide their services.

### 7.5 Legal, safety, and enforcement disclosures

We may disclose information where we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to:

- comply with a valid legal request or obligation;
- investigate fraud, abuse, threats, or attacks;
- protect Weave, its users, staff, infrastructure, or service providers;
- enforce the Terms of Service;
- defend a legal claim or payment dispute;
- prevent serious harm; or
- respond to a provider restriction or investigation.

### 7.6 Business or service changes

If the operation or ownership of Weave is reorganized, transferred, merged, or sold, information reasonably connected to the Service may be transferred as part of that change, subject to applicable obligations.

## 8. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

Retention may depend on:

- whether a license remains active;
- the operating lifetime of a Forever license;
- support and troubleshooting needs;
- security and fraud-prevention needs;
- payment, refund, and chargeback time limits;
- enforcement and ban-evasion prevention;
- record-keeping requirements;
- unresolved disputes or investigations; and
- obligations imposed by law or service providers.

License, activation, device-binding, and usage records may be retained while a license is active and for a reasonable period afterward.

Transaction and order information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to verify purchases, handle disputes, maintain records, and prevent payment abuse.

Support-ticket information may be retained while a request is open and afterward where it remains useful for support history, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or enforcement.

We may retain a limited enforcement record after a license expires or is terminated. This may include relevant identifiers, license status, timestamps, transaction references, the general enforcement category, and evidence reasonably necessary to prevent repeated fraud, license sharing, misuse, or ban evasion.

When information is no longer reasonably required, it may be deleted, anonymized, or aggregated.

## 9. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

These measures may include:

- access controls;
- authentication;
- encrypted network communication;
- logging and monitoring;
- separation of administrative access;
- fraud and abuse detection; and
- limiting access to staff or service providers who need the information.

No website, application, transmission method, or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for protecting your license key, Discord account, Roblox account, order details, device, and credentials.

## 10. Your Requests and Choices

Depending on the rights available to you under applicable law, you may request:

- access to information associated with you;
- correction of inaccurate information;
- deletion of information;
- restriction of certain processing; or
- information about how your data is used.

Submit a request by opening a ticket through the official Weave Discord server.

We may require reasonable verification that you control the relevant Discord account, license, device, order, or transaction before completing a request.

We may refuse or limit a request where permitted by applicable law, including where:

- identity or ownership cannot be verified;
- the request is fraudulent, abusive, repetitive, or excessive;
- information must be retained for an active license;
- retention is necessary for payment, security, fraud prevention, enforcement, dispute resolution, or legal obligations; or
- fulfilling the request would disclose another person's information or confidential security details.

Deleting information required to validate an active license may make it impossible to continue providing access.

## 11. Third-Party Services

This Privacy Policy does not control the data practices of:

- Roblox;
- developers or operators of individual Roblox experiences;
- SellAuth;
- payment providers;
- LootLabs;
- Discord;
- external websites;
- hosting providers; or
- other third-party services.

You should review the privacy policies and settings of those services before using them.

Weave is not responsible for how a third party independently collects, uses, stores, secures, or shares information.

## 12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the Service, supported features, technology, data practices, providers, security systems, or legal obligations change.

The current version will be published on the Weave website or SellAuth storefront with an updated revision date.

Continued use of the Service after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective means that you acknowledge the updated policy, except where additional consent is required by applicable law.
